Luna Arcos Hotel Nature & Wellness

we went for a night as a family of 6 and we just loved every single thing at Luna, the place is simply amazing, the weather was favorable so we spent the afternoon at the pool, the water was surprisingly warm, I don't think it's heated but it was in a really comfortable temperature. the room was so comfortable that we didn't want to go back home! if you have the option to have the meal included just go for it! I can't describe how good the food was, we had codfish and we really loved it, there are plenty of options for the kids as well, and it's buffet, you don't even have to wait to get served, if you have kids that's a great advantage, last but not the least, the staff was really friendly! big Shout out to everyone that makes this experience such a great one! I'll for sure be back!

It is nice hotel with very friendly personnel. The room was with very beautiful view to the river and mountains from the balcony. We liked the open pool outside the hotel with comfortable furniture. The breakfast was good and variable, but if you come 30-40 min before buffet is closed there will be not so many choices, not enough of juice, bacon, fruits for all the guests. We liked the service at restaurant nighttime, very competent and friendly staff including bartender.

My wife and I stayed in the Luna Arcos Hotel in Arcos de Valdevez for one night during a holiday in Portugal. The hotel is modern and quite large with free parking outside. It is a short walk across the river to the city. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the river and town. Our package included a good dinner, where the service was excellent. We also enjoyed a good breakfast from the large buffet.

Absolutely everything. Hotel spotles clean, great location. Also swimming pool well maintan. I did massage which was worth the money so relaxing 😌 food and wine high quality. Service can't say enough... very helpfull staff on the reception. Restaurant staff brilliant. barman Tiago Marques exceed our expectations with cocktails he made for us. Hotel definitely worth the money. Small touches like chocolate beside the bed on arrival, balcony with amazing view to the river.... definitely recommend this hotel.

Kind staff, nice facilities, good breakfast. The location is great, pretty close to the river, beach and walking paths. Quiet bedroom with a nice balcony.
